All our properties provide high-speed Internet access, fully equipped shared kitchens and dining areas, washing machines and desk facilities for free use, most rooms have private bathrooms, and basic daily necessities we provide free of charge (including shampoo, shower gel, body wash, hand towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc.) Each property provides limited free parking spaces, which must be booked in advance and are on a first-come, first-served basis. We will provide all guests with at least two outings per month to supplement additional daily needs.

We mainly serve long-term guests living in Calgary, providing different rental discount plans such as weekly rent (10% off the base price), monthly rent (50% off the base price), and three-month rent (60% off the base price). Monthly rent customers provide free airport pick-up service.
