I moved into this apartment in last Feb with my son and ever since this was our home. It is spacious and large and is located so perfectly! There is a grocery store downstairs in the same building and also a salon. During these covid and lockdown days, being so close to the everything I needed was all that I could wish for! I'm having to transfer my lease as my husband has joined us and we are looking for a larger space. The current rent is 842 CAD per month and I have a 4month lease left. I also have availed the parking for 175$ per month(until Feb, 2021). So if you have a car, and need the indoor parking, it would be 1017$ per month. You will also have a provision for extending the lease for 889$ per month instead of 842, post February!
The heating and water is included in the rent and the hydro is 25-30$ max per month and is additional. There is a laundry room on the same floor(17th). The house is suitable for students(all your uni's are like right next door) or small families.
