Two-month rental, September through October only. Brand new basement suite. Commercial Drive area. Lovely quiet street.

Furnished or unfurnished (your choice). Price includes everything: water, heat, AC, dishwasher, in-suite laundry, and dishwasher. Pets negotiable. (Photos were taken when suite is almost finished. Need to take the blue plastic off the cupboards. They’re white!). 🙂
