This house is perfect for anyone who enjoys the outdoors or being active. Millcreek ravine is only four blocks away. You have easy access to Edmonton's river valley including Edmonton's ski club, Millcreek outdoor pool and, a myriad number of bike and walking paths. We are located around the corner from Boonie Doons community hall, Park, and ice rink. Within walking distance are many amenities shopping, coffee shops, daycares, school including the U of A Faculte Saint-Jean. Doubling that distance you have Bonnie Doon Mall, Whyte Avenue, Bonnie Doon Recreation Center, and the Valley Line LRT for quick access to downtown. Bonnie Doon is a short ten-minute drive to downtown and, the Muttart Conservatory is a short fifteen-minute walk away.
Some other things of note are festivals, In winter there is the "Flying Canoe Festival" (End of Feb- early March) Which is an absolute must. The "Edmonton Folk Music Festival" is amazing and you can hear the music from our backyard. Last is "Bonnie Fest" which happens just around the corner from the house in early June. Utility's are a flat $200 per month.
We are looking for respectful tenants to rent our property. Our current renter is moving home to look after her mom. The basement suits is available April 1 till August at which point you can resign at a one year term. All utilities are included with the exception of cable and internet.
