It is managed by the company Cromwell and these guys are super serious and professional. In the building we have 24/7 concierge, pool, gym, and a bridge connecting the building to the Mount Royal (5 mins walk from Lac aux Castors). You do not have to go to the basement to do laundry because the is a laundry room in every floor! There is an in-house cleaning crew so all the common areas including hallways, lobby, and such are always impeccable. The staff is also super friendly. They will help you during the move, they can receive packages on your behalf, they can even water your plants while you are on vacation (not even kidding). Indoor parking is available for every unit for a fee. We do not have a car so we could not tell you how much it would be. The building is also pet friendly. About the apartment: This is a 3 ½ 1-bedroom apartment. It is 485 Sp. Feet and is quite spacious. The unit is located on the 3rd floor but unlike old buildings, you will never hear your upstairs neighbours walk. The general level of noise of this apartment is non-existent. It is always super quiet, and we have lived here for over 2 years now. The apartment is available starting on December 1st. We are leaving this apartment because we are starting a new job out of the country so we also have a list of furniture we would be willing to sell and leave behind if you are interested (for more info, please contact us). Since we are moving out in December, we would have to do a lease transfer. The current lease expires the 30th of June 2021 so your rent price will remain the same ($1,130.00) until then.
