This suite is on the second floor walk-up: providing the best views.
You will be very close to the sandy beach as the government does not allow buildings to be any closer to the water.
Best suited for retired or semi-retired person or couple.
Sorry but no pets are allowed.

Watching the sun rise over the ocean is one of the best ways to start your day.
You will be able to see whales and dolphins from your suite when they pass by.
Fly fishing for salmon off the beach right in front of the property during the summer and fall is a favorite pastime of many local and traveling fishermen: Pinks in August: Coho in September and increasing to 25lbs in October.
We are also home to the Saratoga Beach Kayak Club.
