ISO: long-term 1 or 2 bed for couple

Hi!

We are a local, mature couple (34), looking for a long term lease on a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Our budget is around $2500-2800.

I'm a full-time manager at a local zipline company and my partner works full-time as an outdoor guide. He is Canadian and has lived here for 14 years, and I am a Permanent Resident (awaiting citizenship) having lived here for eight years.

We are quiet, reliable, respectful tenants, non-smokers, rarely drink and don't own any pets. Our main outdoor hobbies are skiing, paddleboarding, hiking and rock climbing. Indoor hobbies are baking, reading, PC gaming and the usual movies and TV.

We've been living in our current suite for 6 years and looking to move as the owner wishes to renovate the whole property.

Ideally we would like somewhere with ample storage and a parking spot as we have a vehicle, but we are flexible on that.

Available to move in anytime between July 1 and October 1 - we do have to give our current landlord a month's notice.
