Furnished One Bedroom ski/bike park in/out location for summer

One bedroom one bathroom suite located on the lower level of our family home. The suite is above ground and has awesome views. Located on the side of the ski hill. Less than 30 seconds ski or bike down to Creekside gondola.

Available through to October 31 or November 15. Please NOTE - this unit is NOT available for the winter.

We are looking for a quiet couple or two friends who would like to share. We live in the main house full time with kids so seeking respectful quiet people. No smoking (of any kind) or drugs.

The bedroom is currently set up with a bunk bed - double on the bottom and single on top. Potential to be set up with just a queen bed.

Full kitchen with dishwasher.

Maximum 2 people. For the right people, we may consider a pet.
