Very quiet and very private apartment on 2nd floor above our detached garage . Its very cozy up high and surrounded by bamboo., no one can see in your south facing sunny windows. With in-floor heat, it is a cheery place to live in winter . Brand new stainless appliances

The best feature of this home is its location in the village where you can walk or ride to everything and it is also part of a waterfront home with many amenities like sand beach, gardens , waterside fire circle, swimming pool .

Can be taken empty or lightly furnished .Some rent negotiation is possible .

There are some tenants we would prefer but is open to all . If you are a single parent we are sympathetic and would like to house a child who needs a good home . If you dont have a car that is a plus because we have a parking shortage .

Sorry no pets or smokers . We have a child with allergies .
