Lochside Apartments now available! Formally the site of a motel in Sidney, now under new ownership by GMC Projects (GMC).

GMC will be converting 45 suites into unfurnished accommodations to offer the community temporary housing for one year plus, estimated currently at 18 months.

Residents will be able to take advantage of one of the most beautiful locations on our little Island. Located at 9522 Lochside Drive, steps away from Tulista Park in spectacular Sidney, BC.

Pet Friendly? Of course! We allow pets up to 50 pounds. Dogs just have to be on leash around the property.

Prices for unfurnished units range from $1300 per month to $2500 per month.

Studios ($1300/$1400), One Bedrooms ($1700/$1800), cabins ($1800), or a Penthouse One bedroom with spectacular ocean views and jetted tub ($2300/$2400). We have options to accommodate new residents until the time of redevelopment.

Rent includes water, hydro (except the cabins) and one parking stall. Additional spots may be rented for an additional cost.
